yummy yummy Sculpture Garden

So while i was up in Capalbio last weekend i went for the first time to the Nicki de Saint Phalle sculpture park, on of the reasons being because my little sister alice made a really cool video in art and so i though i should go. Having spent about three hours there on saturday i took my sister alice to see it on sunday and here are some photos and sketches from the two visits.

INSPIRATION ... or lack of!

So i have kinda been lacking a bit of inspiration recently in my art work. Don't get me wrong, i love the little water colours that i am painting and scratching into, however i am lacking inspiration for more work. And i am kinda dry of ideas, so i did what i always do when i am lacking ideas, i went onto my favourite photography blog, the sartorialist. AND I FOUND INSPIRATION. I am now going to do some really funky collage pages, full of colour and pattern and photos as inspiration for my summer work.
