My Shell Drawing. IN BIG!



So i took the sketches i did of shells and turned them into a big chalk and charcoal picture on the big neutral colored paper. I plan to do a few more similar sketches, again using the same paper and materials.

    Nice! It relates really well to the Bulgari stuff too.

    Some more overlapping of the shells might suggest new compositions and ideas for garments or even sculptural jewellery.

    We were in Lisbon last week and saw some amazing Lalique stuff derived from insects at tjhe Gulbenkian museum - have a look!
